Return Policy

Here at allwedontsay Handmade Paper Goods, we lovingly make, package, and ship every order ourselves, double-checking each one to be sure it’s just right before it leaves our hands.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns:

  • We’re happy to accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Items should be in new or gently used condition.

  • Just reach out within 7 days of delivery to start your return.

Exchanges:

  • We don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you’re welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order if you’d like something else.

How to Return:

  • Returns are done by mail.

  • Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the issue is due to a defect we missed.

  • No restocking fees—ever!

  • As soon as we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

A few notes:

  • Custom or special orders can’t be returned.

  • If a shipment gets lost on the way to you, we’ll refund or resend. Once it’s marked “Delivered,” we’re not able to issue a refund.
