Return Policy

We make, package, and ship every order ourselves here at allwedontsay, and take care to inspect each order before mailing to ensure that everything's just right. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us at info@allwedontsay.com.

• Any returns must be approved before sending them back, so please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery.
• All returns must be sent back within 21 business days.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected before shipping.
• We're unable to accept returns on any customized or special orders.
• Any shipments that are lost in transit will be refunded or resent. However, once a shipment is marked ‘Delivered,’ we are unable to refund.
